Cannot delete folder from the phone (E815)

Using the AppLoader I sent a new Module to the phone (Motorola E815) by point to a directory that contained the files that I need. However, I accidentally left a CVS folder in there and it was copied to the phone.

Now I can't seem to delete it. I see it in the file system using the AppLoader when I go to try to delete it. It would try to delete the folder but when the AppLoader refreshes the folder is still there. I can't broswe the CVS folder, I tried to delete the module (but it deletes everyone but the folder).

Any advice on what to do? Is there any reset code for the device?

Thanks

Restart phone, connect to logger right away, try deleting the file. Try deleting the module as well, might work. Worst case just leave this old module in there and name you app a diff name for testing although this is not best.

also I was told that for the V3c you can only delete files using Windows 2000 (not XP) weather this applies to all motorola phones, or just the V3c, or to just a specific V3c firmware I don't know.... but if you have an Windows2k machine around maybe try that... lol (I'm not kidding)

Sometimes apploader corrupts the file when loading to these devices. The Qualcomm phone center can delete (if you have time to send the device in). Otherwise use a new name for the directory and mif file.

Thanks guys, I'm not sure exactly what happen, I gave it to a QA and when I got it back the folder was gone. The QA didn't do anything special he said. He was testing it using MaxFileCnt2. I've notice if the app installs incorrectly (eg. memory low) the phone will sometimes delete the incomplete module. I think that's what happened.
