Cannot download file from KX2

Hi,

I am using Kyocera KX2 to test my app and my app takes a picture using ICamera.

I tried to download picture file and see it from my computer but it does not seem to let me download files.

I have no problem with uploading files but I just cannot download files from the phone using AppLoader.

Have you guys ever encountered this issue before?
If so, is there any way to work it around?

Just for your info, I am using serial cable.
