Visual Studio integration problem

I've installed the BREW SDK 2.01 in the default location on a machine with both VS 6.0 and VS.NET. The SDK appears to be integrated with 6.0 ok (there's a BREW Application Wizard which creates the right files), but I've noticed a couple of problems:

1. When I run the wizard, the MIF Editor button has no effect; the editor isn't launched.

2. There's no BREW toolbar listed when I right-click on the VS toolbar background.

Any guesses why this happens?
