Unable to load app onto Moto C343

Hi,
I am unable to load apps onto Moto c343 handset. This device is test enabled. when i am trying to load app it is throwing "Low Level EFS operation failed. Could not write to the device EFS" error. I would be thankful if any one guides me in resolving this issue.

Can you delete files? Possibly the EFS is full.

Or the EFS may need to be unlocked...That would require sending the device to Phone Center.
