How and where to upload Contents

Hi,
I have motorola v710 handset which is out of service. I want to upload my application to handset. I dont know to how and where to upload the file.
I want to test my application whether it is working on handset. Can anybody help me

Is there some reason why you're having problems with this specific device?

This handset was working fine when the service was on. Now the service is off. I Want to use the handset for testing purpose only. But none of my handset is working. In the brew directry I am able to see few folders but not any .mif file. There is also no shared directory. Even If I upload the apps I could not able to reset the machine. If reset the machine manually then mty application gets deleted. When I tried to get my apps using get it now, it shows catalog not available.
