Hello,
I am trying to install the Nokia DLLs for the AppLoader. Recently, they changed the package from giving you the actual DLLs to the NokiaOEMDLL.exe excutable. In the beginning of the installation process, it asks for "BREW Tools Suite v2.1" I don't even know where to download this since BREW developer site has only v1.0.0 and v3.0. Please tell me where I can download version 2.1.
Thanks!
EDIT: Yes, I already know about the manual installation. Since that didn't work for me last time, I need to get the windows installer working :)

I believe Nokia has a new version of the NokiaOEMDLL.exe (v22?) which will install over BTS 3.0

Help!
I've tried this with a 6255i (which does connect via USA as I can see the Modem Diagnostics from Windows Control Panel and browse the MMC card too) and the 2.2 Nokia installer EXE (from https://brew.ext.nokia.com/) and the BTS 3.0.0's AppLoader.
From the AppLoader i get:
Error - Could not connect to the device using the specified id
From the Logger I get:
Could not initialize device (Error 9)
Worse, when I detatch the phone from my computer and try to use AppLoader, it exits! See the attachments apploader_error3.jpg, and 4. They say
Error in getting device ids from OEM Layer. GetSupportedDeviceIdList failed.
As if the Nokia phone is all I care about!
See the attachments for images of the errors. Note that there's only one USB port I can try to connect to when I choose to use the Nokia DLL, "USB1". Is this normal?
What to try next?
Nick

After uninstalling the NokiaAppLoader_v22.exe drivers and installing the 1.1 drivers from the Qualcomm site I get this error:
"Error - Could not read from the device EFS"
and
"Server Busy" "This action acnnot be completed because the other program is busy. Choose 'Switch To' to activate the busy program and correct the problem" .
When I switch to it pops up the Start menu...err wha???
I edited my QCOMOEM.ini file to be this:
[OEM Layer Information]
DeviceId=COM5
OEMLayerDll=NokiaAppLoader.dll
[BREW Message Information]
MsgLevel=3
[BREW Version Information]
Version=2
Who knows what to do next?

I'm getting the same problem with a 3236i. I'm in the process of contacting a connection inside Nokia's BREW Support. If he gets me an answer I'll post it.
