Motorola v810c Apploader problem

Hello,

I'm using my USB cable from the T720 and it is recognized by windows when I plug the phone. But each time I try to connect with the AppLoader I get an error saying: "can't find Brew directories on the device".

It's my first Brew phone that is from US Cellular. Does it need something special to operate? I couldn't even find it in the Brew extranet in the US Cellular Operator device listing.

Anybody got it to work?

We have a data cable used for both T720 and V710 for Verizon Wireless handsets and we have no problems.

Try power-cycling the handset (via pulling-out-the-battery). Sometimes wiggling the data cable connection works...
