In one of our QA system, when we try to connect BREW apploader/logger to LG7000 via USB cable, it gets connected for couple of seconds or minutes and then connection gets dropped.
Host system:
- IBM thinkpad T40, Windows XP with service pack 2 (with service pack 1 we had the same problem, then we have upgraded to service pack 2).
- BREW tools 3.x, BREW version is correctly set to version 2.x
We have tried installing and uninstalling the USB driver from the CD that comes with LG7000 phone. We also tried to shut down windows firewall, Norton anti-virus, many reboots, still no avail.
In LG7000 phone, from menu data connection settings, we also tried with all possible combination of PC data connection settings.
However in our other systems with similar configuration everything works fine.
Does anyone have any insights to this issue?
