Nokia 6585 AppLoader problem

When I tried to connect with Nokia-6585 using AppLoader
(both BREW Tool Suite 2.1.1 & 3.0.0) with NokiaAppLoader.dll
selected as OEM Layer Dll and I got the following error message:

Could not read from the device EFS

Any ideas? Thanks.

Make sure you have the correct cable! Nokia cables look the same but they have different wiring.

I'm sure I was using the right one - DKU-5.
