Qualcom states in various places that once an application passes "true brew" testing, carriers have the option to pick up the app.
Specifically due to a relatively high cost of entry, and the fact that there are *many* registered Brew developers, ther seem to be very few brew applications available -- at least on verizon phones.
What is a typical adoption rate of carriers for true brew applications?
IE, do carriers typically pick up all available applications? One out of two? Are there any reasons a carrier wouldn't pick up a tested application?
Thanks,
-Dan
