Hy,
I originally started my game just for fun and learning,
but I am now considering the possibility of actually having it published.
Since I am from Romania and my carrier has the silliest looking games available for the phones (almost 0-bit of color depth ;) )
I do not know what to think about my game.
Can you please tell me if you think this game type is likely to sell?
www.tudortihan.tk/broony (http://www.tudortihan.tk/broony)
I considered the financial implications of this business,
and it looks very risky because the whole cost is difficult to predict
from the available information. (I fear of hidden costs)
What other costs does a developer incure other than:
Brew Certification - 400$
ARM Compiler - 1500$
Phones - ~200$/piece
True Brue Test -1000$/test
Opening and running a business (office space/rent/bills/taxes)
Developers' salaries
?
I think that just one game would not be enough for a business to break even.
Am I wrong? (I hope so :D ). What would be here the safest bet?
Thank you,
Tudor Tihan
