T720 and Apploader

Hi

When I try to connect Motorola T720 to Apploader , the device always restarts.

- Apploader Version : ver1.02 , ver3.0
- Serial cable
- Motorola T720

Can anyone please tell me a way out of this?

I'm assuming the phone functions normally when its not connected to AppLoader?

Does anything bad happen when its just connected to the serial cable, but AppLoader is NOT running?

I've never seen this issue before. Has this been happening since you got the phone, or was there something that triggered this?

-> Yes, it doesn't restart before connecting to AppLoader

-> Except for beep sounds when plugging in serial cable to phone, anything happened

-> Acturally, I received used phone from someone.

Hi,

I would suggest that you send the phone in to be re-flashed. It sounds like the file system may have been corrupted.
