i'am not able to delete or update the file systesm in the device. What does this mean?
Are you able to connect to the device with AppLoader but it gives you an error message when you try to delete or copy a file? (Disconnect and try again.)
Or when you put files on the device, do they disappear after a reboot? (Your device is not developer-enabled, so send it to QIS (https://brewx.qualcomm.com/bws/content/gi/common/appseng/en/developerfaqs/docs/misc/misc/miscd.html).)
Or are you not able to connect with AppLoader? (Could be a number of issues, all are covered in this forum many many times before, so search (http://brewforums.qualcomm.com/search.php) and read.)

i'am not able to delete or add into lg4400...I've never seen this behavior as a permanent condition. Maybe someone else has a suggestion.

I've noticed with the 4400 that if the directory name is 13 characters you can create the directory and any initial files that are loaded will be fine, but you can't add to or delete the directory after that. Not sure which version of the apploader that was, though... long time ago.
