Responsibilities
1. Design and develop BREW applications with an attention to detail, ensuring excellent code quality and documentation.
2. Port existing J2MEto BREW applications to new handsets.
3. Support applications after launch, including bug fixes and enhancements.
4. Demonstrate professional maturity and flexibility by working with different cross-functional teams, including Server Team, to meet project deadlines.
Requirements
1. At least 6 months of hands-on experience in C/C++ developing applications for wireless handsets or related devices in BREW, J2ME or similar environments.
2. Practical knowledge of wireless handsets, especially BREW application debugging issues and their workarounds.
3. Excellent understanding of wireless technologies like BREW, J2ME, WAP, SMS, MMS, wireless carrier networks etc.
4. Self motivated, highly proactive and reliable.
5. Ability to excel under pressure.
