KX414 drivers

Uh...anyone got drivers for the 414? I have the disc that came with the cable...but there's no INF for Win2k. Just a SYS file. The PDF manual refers to an installer program that doesnt' exist. What's the deal?

As a matter of fact--how do you get htis thign working at all? I installed the driver (by using plug and pray)...but it won't recognize the phone with apploader.

The cable itself doesn't seem to fit in the hole--it keeps falling out. Has anyone had any success with the commercially available KX414 cable?

Great, I just broke the cable. That little headphone jack thing is mighty sturdy.
