Does anyone have any data about how accurate the dwLang value is in DeviceInfo?
Also does it change based on the carrier settings, or what the users selects on the phone, or does that change per phone?
Basically I'd rather have the phone autodetect the inital phone language. Making it easier for the user, etc.

edit: the reason I ask is, I find the Device Info file very unrealiable most of the time. About the only thing insured to be rigth is screen1's x/y. I know that Samsungs return 16bit colordepth when one is 8 and another is 12...
