LG VX4400 Image Animation

I have been using the image compression tool included in the 2.1 SDK and it shows it animating in the application, but I cannot get my image to animate when I load it onto the LG VX4400 device. Anyone have any insight on how to get the image to move when used as a wallpaper?

The VX4400 is a Brew 1.1 device, so using the 2.1 SDK you may be using some functionality that is simply not supported on the phone.

I just rebuilt my BCI file using the 1.1 SDK (uninstalled 2.1) and am having the same issue. It'll only show the first frame of my animation. Any help?
