Loading app onto Sharp Z-800 via AppLoader

I tried to load my app onto a Sharp Z-800 phone via AppLoader, but got the error messages "Attached device on a specified port does not appear to support EFS"... anyone tried this, and could tell me what configuration I might get wrong? thanks so much :)

p.s. the Sharp Z-800 phone can talk to the Mobile Phone Manager SW goes with the Sharp phone and the data cable. Also I'm able to load the app onto Kyocera QCP3035 via AppLoader.

This is a known problem with the Sharp handsets purchased from the Verizon. Please send your phone to Qualcomm to get it re-flashed. Please refer to http://www.qualcomm.com/brew/developer/support/faq/techfaq18.html#T18C for information on where to send your handset for re-flashing.
