There are 4 types of .qcp encoding, according to the purevoice converter documentation: 0 - Variable Rate [Default], 1 - Full Fixed, 2 - Half Max Variable, 3 - Half Fixed. However, I can not find any explaination of what these terms mean with respect to a .qcp file. In particular, is "half" reducing the sampling rate or the bits per sample?
