I guess the download tools process doesn:t work with netscape.
Doesnt: seem to work with Internet Exploder either.
On eventually getting to the installShield dialog, clicking next a few times, I eventually get a message such that "Setup cannot continue... please contact the software vendor".
Since the web-installer is obviously bug-ridden (I dont often see so many "if that didn:t work try this" messages on a download page) is there a large zip file somewhere of the files for a local install? Maybe the QC lawyers had a reason to make this such a ridiculous process but dev support should try and not be ridden into a hole.
