TestSig Generator

We have been stuck trying to get the TestSig Generator to work for a couple days now. Is it down? Can someone reply with some assistance? No replies from e-mail customer support. After we submit the page replies with an HTML error.

When I input my phone's ESN and hit Generate, I get an error:

Error: Uninitialized
This signing tool requires initialization. Please contact support for help.

What does it mean?

It means that the test sig generator is down for a few minutes...wait about 15 minutes and then give it another shot.
